We, My Tech Media Ltd. (in this privacy policy: “My Tech Media”, "us" or “we”), are dedicated to respect our users (the "User(s)" or "you") privacy and to protect the data they are sharing with us. This privacy policy ("Policy") governs our privacy practices and applies to Users download and use our Product and Technology (the "Product” and the “Technology", respectively). Please note that this Policy does not cover the User's interaction with third-party content including or otherwise provided through the Technology or otherwise included as a link therein. All the provision describe in this Policy may be different from third parties’ privacy policies, hence we can’t control the privacy practices of third parties, and therefore we will not be liable or responsible to their acts or failure to act

WHAT TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT?

URLs In the event the Technology installed by you is an add on browser extension or a search related product, the search related data may be collected, including data related to the URLs of websites that you visited. This data shall be collected as an aggregated Non-Personal Data, but in some cases such data contains data that could be deemed to be Personal Data. This data will be deleted shortly after collection.	In order to provide certain features of the Technology (for instance, display relevant advertising).

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

i. My Tech Media Subsidiaries: we may share your Personal Data with My tech Media's parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other entities under common control ("Affiliated Companies") only if and when relevant in accordance with this Policy. In case we do so, the Affiliated Companies will be subject to the rights and obligations as described in this Policy;

ii. Explicit Consent - If you provide us your explicit approval to share your information prior to the disclosure. If My Tech Media will do so, the Personal Data shared shall be subject to third party’s privacy policies

iii. Compelled Disclosures - To satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request, and in order to enforce this Policy and any other agreement you have with us;

iv.Service Providers - To collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Data through our authorized third-party service providers, as reasonable for the purposes of providing the Product’s and Technology’s features;

v.Corporate Transaction - in the event of a corporate transaction such as, sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation, we may share your data with our Affiliated Companies or acquiring company. The acquiring company will assume all the rights and obligations under this Policy.

vi.Business Partner - we may share your online identifiers with our business partners, in order to calculate payments or detect fraud, all with regard to the services of the Product and Technology.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

My Tech Media may store or process Personal Data in the US, EU or in additional territories. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer. Furthermore, if your jurisdiction requires your consent to data's transfer, then your consent to this Policy will also be deemed as your consent to the data's transfer.

WHAT STEPS ARE TAKEN TO SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Since your privacy is important to us we are committed to protecting your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We have implemented physical, technical and administrative security measures which follow applicable laws and industry standards.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee that your Personal Data is fully safe, and thus we cannot be responsible for any acts of those who achieve unauthorized access or abuse our Product’s or Technology’s services. WHAT IS THE RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will retain your collected data for as long as needed to provide the services of the Product or Technology, to comply with any previous legal commitments, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements if applicable, all in accordance with applicable laws, and subject to your instructions.

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as a commitment on our behalf to save your data, and we may, delete or avoid from keeping any or all collected data.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

We are doing our best effort to provide you the ability to exercise your privacy's right regarding the data we collect. PROTECTING CHILDREN My tech Media Product and Technology are not intended for use by individuals who are under the age of 16. Therefore, My Tech Media does not intend and does not knowingly collect any Personal Information directly from children under the age of sixteen (16) or other individuals defined as children under applicable law. If it comes to our knowledge that we process data on a user that is considered a child, we will take steps to immediately delete its Personal Data.

My Tech Media may, from time to time, change this Policy and if required under applicable laws.
